Circular Cold Saw Blades

We produce Solid High Speed Steel Circular Cold Saw Blades using the latest high technology equipment achieving the highest accuracy and precision, combined with uniform hardness for optimum structure and toughness.

Standard Blades available are:

  • M2 HSS - Steam Treated - 63/65 HRc for ferrous cutting applications
  • M35 Cobalt HSS - Steam Treated - 64/66 HRc for "difficult to machine" steels and alloys
  • M2 HSS - Bright Finish -low hardness HRc 58-60 for use on non-ferrous machines at high RPM
  • All the above High Speed Steel configurations can be "performance" enhanced by coating the saw blades using PVD coatings, such as; Tin, TiALn, TiCn or Crn. We also offer our proprietary Kinkelder EC, Power, Performance and Supreme Coatings for high production sawing applications which demand superior speed and longer blade life.
  • All of our HSS products are manufactured in Holland using only top quality steel from western European mills.
