We produce Solid High Speed Steel Circular Saw Blades using the latest high
technology equipment achieving the highest accuracy and precision, combined
with uniform hardness for optimum structure and toughness.
Standard Blades available are:
- M2 HSS - Steam Tempered - 63/65 HRc for ferrous cutting applications
- M35 Cobalt HSS - Steam Tempered - 64/66 HRc for "difficult to machine"
steels and alloys
- M2 HSS - Bright Finish -low hardness for use on non-ferrous machines at
high RPM
- All the above High Speed Steel configurations can be "performance" enhanced by coating the saw blades using PVD coatings, such as; Tin, TiALn, TiCn or Crn.
