Why Saws International blades?

Our Segmental saw blades are produced from the highest grade of M-2 or M-42 steel, heat treated to 63/65 hardness Rc.

Our design incorporates a tongue-in-groove style fit. All segments are produced to give a precise fit on new blades, while enabling ease of damaged segment replacement. The segments are fastened by four base rivets and two aligning rivets which allows the blade to perform to its maximum efficiency, providing exceptional finish and tool life. Bodies are made of chrome vanadium steel.
