Segmental Saw Blades
Our Segmental Circular Sawblades are produced from the highest grade of M-2 steel, heat treated to 63/65 hardness Rc. Our design incorporates a tongue-in-groove style fit. This style provides the best possible fit, while enabling ease of damaged segment replacement. The segments are fastened by four base (bottom) rivets and two alignments (center stabilizing) rivets which join the segments. These rivets are secured by a process which insures adequate rivet hole filling providing the tightest, strongest system available. This secure fitting is what allows the tool to perform to its maximum efficiency, providing exceptional finish and tool life. Bodies are made of chrome vanadium steel.
